The world as I see it (as a man)

People need leaders:

Families gangs - organisations - companies and countries.

Maybe difficult to define a leader within a family - yet there’s always someone to hold things together.

The biggest - strongest the meanest (in the gang) is probably the gang leader.

Organisations and companies need  CEOs - managers and leaders to organise other people - so I guess those people (hopefully have good qualifications - foresight abilities, ambition and with people skills) are leaders.

Now coming to leaders of countries:

The leaders - in the so-called free - democracy lead countries - most are elected by free open and honest elections - most leaders serve a three or four term period - most must prove to the (*) of their abilities and skills to run the country - or just better than the opposition.

The leaders who run their countries as dictatorship regimes - don’t have opposition - really or never have any elections. They reign over the population - for as long as they have power and armies of paid supporters.

To summarise:

Within a normal good family situation - dad is the leader.

Within the gang the biggest - meanest is the leader - for as long as he has the support of his members.

Within a company /  organisation - the leader is elected / appointed or by birthright - till un-elected by losing support of his supporters.

Within the free world - with the rights and freedom of a democracy ( most of the time)

Good or bad leaders come and go.

Within the countries of dictatorships - there are few good leaders and the bad leaders never go.

So. Would you be a dad ?

So. Would you be a gang leader?

So. Would you be an industrial leader?

So. Would live in the country with democracy?

So. Would you live in the country ruled by a dictator?

This is all up to you.

Some of us - just live within our own head ….
