I watched a T20 English county cricket game between Middlesex and Surrey: the crowd clapped: there was no singing, yelling, screaming, no bands playing or trumpets. It was an average game of cricket - entertaining enough.
Commentators were good: but the thing most interest was the umpires had a camera on their chest - although ( I think) I never saw any on field shots from the camera: it was interesting apart from that.
There was a bat hit wicket out. The batsmen swung his bat, the bat came out of his hand - the bat went up in the air and came straight down - and hit the wickets.
